Terms & Conditions

  • The seller does not welcome lowballer customers.

  • Strictly no cancellations once Order Confirmation (OC) is sent. A cancellation fee of 50% of items ordered shall be fined to the buyer.

  • First to mine basis via dms or replies

  • PAYO is within 24 hours after the seller sent the OC to the buyer or within the DOP (only for STBO items). Failure to do so will cause the seller to ask for additional 20php for every succeeding 6 hours.

  • If the buyer wants to avail a product via installment (DOP), the buyer is required to pay for a minimum of 20php non-refundable down payment or other amounts as what the seller and buyer agreed upon. For long DOPs, a negotiation shall be made between buyer and seller.

  • For STBO items, product damages caused by manu and Overseas - PH shipping are not seller's responsibility. Please be mindful that you ordered a non-onhand item. No condition is disclosed/ promised by the seller.

  • The seller is not responsible for any damages caused by the courier chosen by the buyer. This means that there will be no refunds nor compensation if the products are damaged by the courier. All products are documented when packed. Please ask for packing photos from seller.

  • If the product is damaged through the packaging of the seller, then the seller must recognize the damage and grant compensation for the product (half or full refund). Please ask for packing photos from seller.

  • The seller will not tolerate rude customers. The seller has a right to block them to avoid future transactions. Also, the seller has a right to cancel current transactions to the said type of customers.
